We are going to create a shining greeting card using Adobe Photoshop. In this tutorial we used two patterns and even I described how to create custom pattern in Adobe Photoshop. Lets get started.
Create new photoshop document Width=700px Height=400px and then create a new layer. 
Select “Rectangle Marquee Tool” and in its properties bar set Style: “fixed Size” width =650px Height=350px.
Click on the layer, selection is created; adjust the selection in center.
Go to select menu and click inverse selection.
Fill the selection using White color as foreground press “Alt+Backspace”
Now Add these layer style to the layer. After applying all styles press “Ctrl+D” to deselect the selection.

Create New Layer.
Using pen tool create shape of your choice as I write Eid Mubarik and then right click and select “Make Selection”.
And apply green color to shape.OR
You can write the text you want and apply the green color to it.
Add these styles to layer.
